EU Demand & Supply Coordinator
(Mijdrecht-NL & Remote – 32-40 hours – permanent)
In this role you will be responsible for execution of the demand and supply planning process and will drive the optimization of the overall S&OP process. You will be working on a broad variety of tasks, connecting and collaborating with colleagues in SC, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Sales, Finance and IT.
Together with your manager, the SC Integrated Planning Lead, you will drive the further development of S&OP within Walraven. Next to this you are responsible for:
• executing the demand & supply planning process (forecasting, capacity planning, phase in/out);
• analysing and creating insights from S&OP outputs to improve planning decision making
• chairing the S&OP meetings;
• developing the S&OP-tools and training users how to use them;

Your key strengths are: collaboration, understanding the business, analytics, communication, structure, can-do mentality.
Next to this you possess:
• a Bachelor or Master Degree in SCM, Logistics Management, Applied Maths or relevant;
• professional Supply Chain experience in an international (manufacturing) environment;
• excellent knowledge of the English language, both verbal and writing (Dutch is preferred);
• willingness to travel (factories / sales-offices)
